Proposed review package

For one location, one care workflow and one foreign language, the proposed review includes a 24-item evidence checklist, five priority improvements, an action register with owners and deadlines, and three blank handover templates. The proposed schedule is five business days after scope, materials and the start date are agreed, with a findings discussion and one consolidated factual correction round.

Actual scope, timing and fees are agreed separately in writing.

The review uses public information, blank templates without patient information and fictional scenarios. Do not send patient records or real enquiry histories.

Native-language and specialist medical translation review require a separately agreed scope.

For an enquiry, tell us your clinic name, role, supported languages, administrative challenge and work reply address. Do not include patient information or screenshots of real enquiries.

Med-in-Korea Pro: a pilot concept

We are evaluating a limited workflow tool for clinic-owned enquiries: owner, next action, response deadline, document status, approved quote version and handover history. It is not a generally available patient management system.

There is no patient supply, referral fee, clinic allocation, automated clinical decision or booking service in this proposal. Scope, feasibility, data handling and pricing must be agreed before any pilot.

Start with your workflow, not patient records

For a first discussion, tell us your role, the languages your team supports and which administrative step is most difficult. Do not send patient names, contact details, medical records, identity documents or real enquiry exports.

Any demonstration uses fictional examples.

Email the Med-in-Korea team. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a service or create a contract.

An operational review is not government accreditation, legal certification or an evaluation of clinical quality. Purchasing a business service does not influence editorial coverage.
