What we collect
Med-in-Korea collects only the information needed to operate the website, respond to messages, maintain educational resources, understand basic site performance, and maintain site security.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, language preference, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send medical records, diagnosis files, identity documents, payment details or private images.
Our public service does not review patient records.

Planning tools and business services
Our planning tool processes your selections and dates in your browser tab. The tool does not transmit those entries, save them to browser storage or add them to analytics events.
Copy and print actions are initiated by you. Clear all entries when finished on a shared device.
General technical site services described above may still operate. Do not enter private health information.
Clinic business enquiries must not include patient data. Business-service clients do not receive individual patient questions, contact details or tool entries for marketing or referrals.
